Mobility4Change is an early-stage startup exploring how to make communication in public transport safer, clearer, and more inclusive, especially for international drivers working in German-speaking environments.

We are currently focused on language and communication problems in everyday operations and designing an intelligent assistant that supports drivers, dispatch, and operations in real time.

Germany’s mobility sector is facing a deepening driver shortage that threatens public transportation reliability.

Public transport operators such as MVG Munich increasingly recruit internationally to fill critical roles.

Even after completing expensive language courses — often ~€4,000 per person — 90% of new international recruits still struggle with job-specific German.
